Genital cutting is genital cutting. Don’t be sexist. FGM and MGM are both done for many of the same reasons.
I didn’t realize that making a distinction between male circumcision and female circumcision made me sexist. This is yet another fallacy used when arguing in favor of making male circumcision illegal.
Look, I’m not saying that there aren’t several valid points for choosing not to circumcise your son (note that I said YOUR son). However, it only makes you look uneducated when you get so hot under the collar that you resort to making ridiculous comments like this.
Why can’t we all just get along? I mean, c’mon. I’ll pull out my bongos, and we can all hold hands and sing Kumbaya. We can make a bonfire and roast s’mores. It’ll be fun!
Unless, of course, you are afraid a hoard of circumcised penises might come after you while you’re hanging out with me. I may, in fact, be their queen.
